Go ahead and write down the name of your business or organization, then draw a circle around it. That circle is like your entity’s whole being—its ideas, mission, goals, and what offers. Think of it as your baby, whether you started it ages ago or just got it rolling; it’s alive and ready to grow. This is your first circle! Or maybe you’re looking to start your own business, and it feels a bit overwhelming. Or you want to buy an existing business but aren’t sure how to value, negotiate, secure funding, and make it happen. You need Three Circles!
Draw another circle that overlaps with the first and label it "Next Step."
