These Terms govern your use of threecirclesagency.com (the “Site”), operated by John Velvet Interests, Inc. dba Three Circles Agency. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you book a paid service (such as a Checkup) through the Site, the terms of that service — including fees, scheduling, and any credit toward future programs — will be presented to you at the time of booking and may be governed by a separate agreement. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment-card details.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and the “Three Circles Agency” and “We build beside you” marks — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
