WHAT ARE THE THREE CIRCLES?

Grab a Pen and Paper

Now write down the name of your business or organization and draw a circle around it. It represents everything your entity is: an idea, mission, objective, product or service. This is your baby...

Circle 1 | Your Business

Draw another circle that overlaps with your first and write the words "Target Customers" in it. You may or may not know who your target customer is, but we help you clarify this and place you at the spot where you can be found by them. The overlap of these two circles is what you provide and your target customers desire. The customer may not fully know or understand your product or service or their need for it, but you do and are longing to explain at each step of the customer's journey.

Circle 2 | Target Customers

Finally, draw a third circle that overlaps the other two and write the word "Sales Process" in it. This circle is a series of interactions along the customer's journey all contained in the custom process many companies struggle to build.

Usually, the journey follows a path similar to this:

Find > Engage > Convert > Impress > Repeat

The buying process has changed, and businesses must find new ways to reach customers and get heard through the noise. Instead of finding customers with mass advertising and communication blasts, businesses must now focus on being found and learn to build continuous relationships with buyers.

Many agencies do a good job at generating leads, but the problem is that most new leads are not ready to buy yet.  They are on what we call the "customer's journey." And if you aren't ready to engage them and do not have a system in place, it lengthens this journey. As a result leads get lost, ignored, or snatched up by your competitors. We help you engage these leads through relevant content for each step in the journey and make sure that you get your timing right. 

CONVERT

Although converting leads to customers is much easier if the customer is in the target segment and the engagement process has answered all their questions, a sales process still needs to be in place. What is said and done at this step is crucial; often the simplest mistake can cause a sale to be lost. IMPRESS

You won the customer, now impress them with follow-up and meaningful interactions about your product or service. If you are doing this correctly, your customers will soon be your best brand advocate bringing their influence to fuel the journey for others or provide an opportunity to up-sell.

 

If you do not continue to engage your customers, attrition may cause them to simply disappear or worse, they may not communicate when they encounter a problem or need support.

REPEAT

Now you have a system in place and it is working. New leads and referrals from your existing customers are entering the process and only a few fine adjustments are needed, but most businesses do not stop here. A new product or service idea has been on everyone's mind, but the available time or resources have been missing...until now!
