Grab a Pen and Paper
Now write down the name of your business or organization and draw a circle around it. It represents everything your entity is: an idea, mission, objective, product or service. This is your baby...
Draw another circle that overlaps with your first and write the words "Target Customers" in it. You may or may not know who your target customer is, but we help you clarify this and place you at the spot where you can be found by them. The overlap of these two circles is what you provide and your target customers desire. The customer may not fully know or understand your product or service or their need for it, but you do and are longing to explain at each step of the customer's journey.
Finally, draw a third circle that overlaps the other two and write the word "Sales Process" in it. This circle is a series of interactions along the customer's journey all contained in the custom process many companies struggle to build.
